Shipping Information

Orders are shipped by Federal Express Ground, Federal Express Home Delivery or UPS Ground in the 48 contiguous states.

Please no PO Box in the address, neither Fed Ex nor UPS ships to PO Boxes.

Customer pays for shipping and handling unless it is indicated shipping is free for that order.

Orders are shipped vacuum sealed and frozen on dry ice in a reusable Styrofoam container. Sufficient dry ice is shipped with your order to preserve your beef until arrival.

The Customer will be notified when the order will be shipped and provided with a Fed Ex or UPS tracking number.

If your beef is not frozen at the time you open your package, but is still cold, you can either place the beef in your freezer or refrigerator. If you place in the refrigerator, cook the beef within two days.

Only Missouri residents must pay sales tax. It will be calculated automatically when you place your order.

You will not be billed until the order has been shipped.

Billing is done through Google Checkout.
